❓Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted suppliers to ship products directly from warehouses in the U.S. and internationally. This helps us keep prices low and offer a variety of products for pet parents everywhere.

Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
❓How much is shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no hidden fees, no surprises.
❓How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through the Order Tracking page on our site.
❓What if my order arrives damaged or is missing?
No stress! Just contact us at support@trailandtails.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
❓Do you accept returns?
Yes — we offer returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll walk you through the process.
❓Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Email us ASAP at support@trailandtails.com with your order number.
